Baruch Dyan HaEmes, the Rosh Yeshiva (dean) of Mirrer Yeshiva in Jerusalem passed away yesterday.
Why must a man die and be buried in the ADAMAH (ground)? To finally reach the level of and to be Bitual. To come to AD MAH until what? Nothing! In the end we are all forced to be nullified in the presence of the Holy One Blessed Be He. If we accomplish here in this life, through or of our self nullification then there is no need to suffer the grave. It becomes just like going from one room to the next, no long tunnel to travel through just open the door and arrive in the next room. This is the level of the Tzaddikim of this world. And This was one of these Tzaddikim, so he has left this room for the next, may he find rest.
The Nullification of the Arrogant Ones
We find in the long list in chazal's of the events and the description of them in detail. All that will take place in the period just prior to the coming of the Moshiach (Sanhedrin 98a).
"Moshiach ben dovid will not come unitl the arraogant ones are removed from ISRAEL, as it is written (Tzefanya 3:12) 'And I will leave in your midst a poor and lowly nation, who take refuge in the name of Hashem."
The Maharal tells us "In the messianic period, the kingdom of Hashem will be completely revealed... this condition will require the nullification of all the aspects of honor, domination, and government rule, which contradict the revelation of the kingdom of heaven." (netzach yisroel, perek 39).
THIS CONCEPT IS STATED REPEATEDLY IN THE PROPHETS.
"And Hashem alone shall reign on that day" In the second perek of Yeshayahu, this period is described; "And their land will be filled with silver and gold, and there will be no end to it's treasures. Their land will be filled with horses, and there will be no end to it;s chariots. Their land will be filled with false gods, and they will bow down to the work of their hands, to that which their own fingers have fashioned."
In other words, the foreign forces that will turn against Israel will be overly proud of and fully dependent on their money, and will be increasingly reliant on and confident in the power of their own handiwork. This attitude will block their perception of the revelation of Hashem's Kingdom, since their entire lives are totally contrary to the concept of "Hashem Alone shall reign Supreme." They are utterly and totally over come by the effects of Heresy Induced Insanity."By the might of my hands" The prophet tells us Hashem will have to completely nullify these false perceptions in order to prepare the world for complete revelation of His Kingdom.
"The haughty eyes of man will be lowered and the loftiness of people will be lowered, and Hashem alone shall reign supreme on that day. For it will be a day for Hashem, Lord of Hosts, over every proud and haughty person, over every lofty one who will be brought down, over all the lofty cedars of Lebanon, and over all the oaks of Bashan... "(Yeshayhu 2).
Thus, we see that before the revelation of "Hashem shall reign supreme on that day" can come true, Hashchah pratis must bring about a totally collapse of the systems of falsehood of this world. the very foundations of our whole world systems must be done away with. We must learn to use the spiritual access we have been given to reach out and to reconnect with our source. To undo the this counterfeit world.
One of the major themes of Rebbe Nachman is the Inyan of Bitul. Again and again he speaks of it. We will endeavor to share in the coming days more on this topic as well as other 'Standard operating procedures for the Emunah lifestyle, that of drawing close to Hashem, connecting to the Tzaddik HaEmes and sweetening the birth pains of the Moshiach, and hastening of the Geula!
